Buying bricks

Bricks are bought in packs, from 250 bricks for $2.50 up to 10,000 for $60.00 - the larger the pack, the cheaper each brick gets. If you want more than 10,000, you can enter a custom amount. Payments are handled by Stripe, and bricks are non-refundable once purchased.

Your balance lives in your wallet, and you can top up any time from Buy Bricks.

Boosting your own scenes

A boost pushes one of your own scenes up the Explore ranking so more people run into it. It works like tipping your own scene: you spend bricks once, starting at 50, using a preset amount or one you type in, and the scene gets a lift in Explore. The bigger the boost, the bigger the lift. You can only boost scenes you posted yourself.

Tipping

Tipping sends bricks to a builder whose scene you liked. You can tip any scene except your own, using a preset amount or one you type in, and you can attach a message to the tip. Tipping also lifts the scene in Explore - every scene you tip gets a nudge up the rankings.

A tip with a message starts a direct message with the builder, and the message shows up highlighted rather than as a plain DM.

Highlight tiers

The bigger the tip, the more your message stands out. Tipped messages and comments are highlighted in one of three tiers:

• Blue50+ bricks
• Green400+ bricks
• Silver1,000+ bricks

Anything under 50 bricks still reaches the builder - it just doesn't get a highlight. On a scene, the tier is based on everything you've tipped that scene in total, so several small tips add up. In direct messages, the tier is based on the single tip attached to that message.
